Hi, I’m Rachel

I’m a senior Paediatric Occupational Therapist (OT).

I work closely with children, adolescents and their families.

I aim to help my clients understand their strengths, navigate challenges, and build skills that matter in everyday life.

I believe meaningful progress happens through connection, collaboration and practical support.

Welcome, I’m So Glad You Are Here…

You Might Be Here Because…

Everyday activities feel harder for your child, such as:

  • Handwriting

  • Coordination & motor skills

  • Emotional & sensory regulation

  • Executive functioning skills (organisation, planning, time management)

  • Self-care

  • Play and social skills

Or perhaps school/other healthcare professionals recommended OT input.

You Are Not Alone!

My role is to help you understand your child’s unique profile and identify the supports that will help them thrive.

Occupational Therapy That Grows With Your Child

I carry out child-led therapy and play-based assessments for younger children.

I adopt a more structured assessment approach and practical support for older children.
